Boas Guitarradas Refund Policy

1. Trial Period for New Customers

We offer a 7-day trial period for all new customers to experience the Boas Guitarradas platform. If you are not satisfied for any reason during this period, you can request a full refund of the amount paid for the first month.

  • Refund Conditions: To receive a refund, the request must be made within the first 7 days after the initial payment. Refunds requested after this period will not be processed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings page or by contacting support. Canceling a subscription stops future automatic charges, but you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current paid period.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings section or send an email to suporte@boasguitarradas.com with your cancellation request.
  • Access After Cancellation: After canceling, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after that date.

3. Refunds for Annual subscription 

Customers who purchase an annual subscription are entitled to a refund only within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the right to a refund will be forfeited.

4. Refunds for Recurring Subscriptions

After the 7-day trial period, we do not offer refunds for already processed recurring subscriptions. Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they wish to discontinue the service.

  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges or technical issues that prevented access to the platform, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of the occurrence to request a review.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle, whether monthly or annually, as chosen by the customer. To avoid future charges, cancellations must be made before the start of the next cycle.

6. Plan Changes

Customers can change their subscription plan at any time.

  • Plan Upgrade: If you choose to upgrade to a higher plan, the difference will be charged proportionally, and the new plan will take effect immediately.
  • Plan Downgrade: If you choose to downgrade to a lower plan, the change will be applied in the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for amounts already paid in the case of downgrades.

7. Account Suspension and Cancellation for Terms Violation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for paid amounts.
